Account Registration: Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Disclaimer: Sereno is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. The AI companion provides supportive conversation only. If you are in crisis, please contact a mental health professional or emergency services.
Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Community Guidelines: Treat all community members with respect. Do not post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these guidelines.
Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of Sereno are owned by Sereno and protected by applicable laws.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. All personal data will be permanently removed.
Limitation of Liability: Sereno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes: We may update these Terms at any time and will notify users of significant changes through the app.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable law.
